A classic taste of Cretan raki, tsikoudia from special grapes of Crete.
The production unit is in the village of Prinias in Crete and the grapes are using for the products have a distinct taste and aroma thanks to the altitude (700 m) and the ideal soil of the area.
Characteristics
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks in controlled temperature. The distillation process takes place under strictly controlled pressure and temperature conditions, thanks to our state-of-the-art pot still and not least to twenty-six years of experience.
