BREAD WITH OLIVES

Ingredients: 
2,400 g. Flour 70% 
1,800 g. Flour t 90% 
200g. yeast 
500 gr. butter soft 
60g. salt 
1.000 g. olives 
About 2 L of water 
500 gr. sour yeast
oregano

Preparation: 
We weigh carefully the ingredients and pour them all into the mixer, except the olives. After you create a dough, add the olives. Grease our booth and cut the dough into pieces of 200 gr each. Shape the dough into balls, press to make them round and place on a greased sheet. Add sliced ​​olives and oregano on the surface. We bake the bread at 200C for 45 minutes. Source: foodland.gr

CRETAN DAKOS (rusk)

Ingredients: 
3 barley rusks
6 tablespoons EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
2 large, ripe tomatoes, peeled and grated
1 cup fèta cheese or mizìthra cheese, grated
Salt to taste
Oregano

Preparation: 
Dip the rusks half-roll slices in water to soak a little and let them stand to drain.
Next, sprinkle them with olive oil and wait, until the oil seeps into the rusk. Salt as much as you wish, according to the saltiness of the feta cheese. Top with the grated tomato and add the grated feta or mizithra cheese. Serve immediately. Source: cretan-nutrition.gr
