What is the shipping and payment method?
The transfer of all products is made by the Hellenic Post Office to the delivery point designated by the customer. If you wish your order to be sent by courier or other carrier, you can update the eshop.arolithos.com. Payment is made by one of the following ways:
a) by filling the following bank accounts:

If you choose this payment method, the order is sent after the deposit of money in the bank and the delivery time starts from the day the eshop.arolithos.com is informed in writing by sending the deposit slip from the bank (by fax or email), or telephone that the payment was completed.
b) When the Post Office deliver your order, you must furnish the money to pay for it. The choice of payment on delivery, is valid only within Greece.
c) With Paypal.
d) By credit card.

Does the cost changes for a large number of products?
No. There is no discount on a large number of products. But if you want to request a discount, then you can come in contact with eshop.arolithos.com, before you order.

How many time does it take for the order to be delivered?
Delivery time is set to 15 days for all products, except the martyrika which are sent in 10 days.

There is availability for all products?
All the products you see on our website are available. If, for some reason (eg lack of vendor) there is no availability, the customer is informed and has the right to cancel the order if the proposed alternatives do not satisfy him/her.

Is VAT included in the price?
All prices include VAT 23%

Products are delivered exactly as shown in the pictures?
Our products are top quality and they are delivered to you, just as depicted in photos. The colors are close to 99% of the actual colors. There is no deviation. In some cases (eg in the category with magnets) the supplier has gone into slight change of color (not the design). In this case we inform you before sending the order and if you are not interested, you can cancel it.

How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is automatically set by the system during your order and it depends on the location of the delivery. Immediately after you add the product to the basket and choose the city, you will be shown the cost of transport.
